Job Description

We are hiring an Admin Assistant to support day-to-day office administration and paperwork.

This is a stable back-office support role suited for someone who is organised, careful with details, and comfortable handling routine administrative work in a structured office environment.

You will support a small team and report to the in-house accountant on day-to-day administrative matters, including invoicing, filing, document matching, system data entry, and general paperwork.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time

  • File and organise documents in a proper and systematic manner

  • Match supplier invoices against delivery orders and related records

  • Key information into the company's internal system accurately

  • Handle general paperwork and administrative support duties

  • Support light coordination work when needed

  • Assist with minor ad hoc phone or customer-related matters when required

  • Work closely with the in-house accountant to support smooth day-to-day administration

What We Are Looking For

  • Relevant administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Comfortable handling invoicing, filing, data entry, and paperwork

  • Careful, organised, and able to work with accuracy

  • Comfortable handling routine and repetitive administrative work

  • Able to follow established processes and complete tasks in a consistent manner

  • Willing to learn and pick up internal processes over time

  • Comfortable learning and using an internal software system

  • Basic computer skills and confidence handling simple system input

  • Able to work well in a small team and provide steady day-to-day administrative support

  • Comfortable taking day-to-day direction and carrying out assigned work reliably

  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible in supporting daily office operations

Systems Environment

  • Custom-made internal software

  • User-friendly and trainable system

  • This is not a heavy Excel role

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

What You Will Get

  • Full-time role

  • 5-day work week

  • Monthly salary of SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,600

  • 13th month bonus, subject to company policy and prorated where applicable

Work Location

  • Aljunied Industrial Complex

Notes

This role is mainly focused on administrative support. It is not a customer service-focused position.
