- Engage clients in-person, over the phone, and online to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and business clients.
- Provide expert advice on unique lifestyle items, including fortune telling tools and Fengshui-related products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client notes in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and product launches.
- Attend relevant events and client meetings, including on weekends when required.
- Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to sales strategy and product offerings.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in lifestyle, niche, or collectible products.
- Experience dealing with business owners or high-value clients.
- Knowledge of fortune telling or Fengshui products is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic reporting.
- Willing and able to work weekends to meet clients as neede
