Details:
- Handle student applications, admissions, and enrolment.
- Work with recruitment agents for admission and pre-course advice.
- Manage student database system, assist with day-to-day registration
- Apply for and renew student passes.
- Prepare and manage student contracts and advisory documents.
- Track and process course, insurance and refund fees.
- Create and maintain complete student files with accurate data.
- Coordinate with academic and business development teams.
- Provide front-desk support and respond to student/customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
- Assist with student feedback, complaints, course transfers, deferments, and withdrawals.
- Support exams, manage supplies (stationery, certificates, brochures), and arrange counselling when needed.
Requirement:
. Minimum A/O levels, or a diploma holder in any disciplines
. Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in relevant fields, preferably in an education setting
. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. Effectively bilingual with good command of written and spoken English
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Enjoy servicing students and have a passion for customer service
