Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin Executive to support our daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, document handling, and providing support to the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when required
  • Support HR-related matters such as maintaining employee records
  • Assist with basic finance and invoicing tasks
  • Handle any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience in Insulation Process sector will be an advantage

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am - 12:00pm
