Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin Executive to support our daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, document handling, and providing support to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when required
- Support HR-related matters such as maintaining employee records
- Assist with basic finance and invoicing tasks
- Handle any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience in Insulation Process sector will be an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am - 12:00pm
