Job description
. Perform general administrative duties such as filing systems, typing, copying, binding, scanning, office stationery etc.
. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations/facilities.
. Maintain proper filing and systematic organization of office documents.
. Handle procurement support such as purchases requisitions, purchase orders, DO/Invoice tracking and 3-way matching.
. Arrange courier of samples and documents
. Check and maintain delivery documents and perform data entry.
. Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma holder or GCE O Level with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
. Strong organizational and time-management skills
. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
. Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
. Singaporean/PR preferred.
