Job Summary
We seek a highly organized and empathetic Admin Executive to provide administrative support that ensures smooth funeral service operations and compassionate assistance to grieving families.
Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and office supplies to maintain efficient office operations
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings to support team activities
- Prepare and process documentation required for funeral services accurately and timely
- Maintain organized, accurate records and files for easy retrieval and compliance
- Support funeral operations by coordinating logistical arrangements with internal teams
- Liaise effectively with families, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide compassionate, respectful assistance to grieving families both over the phone and in person
- Adapt to a fast-paced, sensitive environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative roles is advantageous BUT not necessary
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous for effective communication with diverse clients
