Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to the EHS team, including preparing tender queries, reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
Document control: Manage and maintain EHS documents, such as policies, procedures, and training records.
Compliance tracking: Track and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal EHS policies.
Incident reporting: Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.
Training coordination: Coordinate EHS training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
Communication: Communicate EHS information to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
Data analysis: Assist with data analysis and reporting of EHS metrics and performance.
Requirements:
GCE A-Level or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety).
1-2 years of experience in EHS administration or a related field.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OSHA).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
