We are the largest Afterlife Venue in Singapore with an integrated one stop solution comprising of funeral parlours and columbarium niches in Singapore. We provide a new and innovative perspective to the funerary industry in Singapore.

The Role
This role requires a meticulous individual who is well organized and can time-manage well.
Responsibilities
. Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations
. Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record management
. Support finance tasks like invoices processing and payments etc
. Maintain proper filling & documentation
. Provide administrative support to other departments such as Sales, Operations, and HR
. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management
. General administrative and clerical duties
. Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or Knowledge in the Funeral / Columbarium is an advantage
