Maintain and update New Estates events calendars, trackers, and shared schedules
Coordinate facilities and space booking requests, ensuring timely submission and confirmation. Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to support the operational and administrative needs of events
Support the procurement of services via GeBIZ in accordance with internal guidelines and SOPs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the completeness and timeliness of procurement documentation
Prepare and administer selected contracts, licences, and permits, including the preparation of waiver papers and issuance of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs)
Assist with procurement processes and raising of valuations via in-house systems
Provide general administrative support, document management and manage internal team meetings, preparation of draft meeting minutes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Facilities Management or Real Estate, Procurement, Event Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in procurement,facilities coordination, contract administration, or event support or licence administration
Experience with Government procurement and finance systems (e.g., GeBIZ or equivalent platforms).
Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors.
