Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff attendance records and ensure accurate tracking of working hours and leave.
Coordinate and liaise with the China-based internal system for administrative updates and data submission.
Handle reception and arrangements for visiting company leaders and guests.
Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and correspondence.
Arrange meetings, prepare meeting materials, and record meeting minutes.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in Administration or related field.
2. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
3. Preferably with relevant administrative working experience.
4. Work place is located at 31 International Business Park, Lobby B #05-06/07,Singapore 609921.
