Job Description:

  • Responsible for submitting project-related documents prepared by the Contracts Department through the company's system.
  • Act as the liaison between the Contracts Department and the Finance Department to ensure smooth coordination and document processing.
  • Handle administrative paperwork related to project documentation and ensure records are properly maintained
  • Assist with document preparation, filing and other administrative support work.
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management.


Job Requirements

  • Experience in admin & data entry duties is preferred for the role of Administrative Executive in construction projects.
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Working Location: West
