We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR / Admin Executive to support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the company. The role includes HR administration, payroll processing, work pass matters, employee onboarding and offboarding, insurance coordination, and general office administration.
Manage day-to-day HR administration, including maintaining employee personal files and HR records
Prepare employment-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and HR correspondence
Handle all Work Pass matters including application, renewal, cancellation and security bond administration
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including dormitory check-in/out and OFWAS updates
Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate computation of salary, overtime, claims and statutory contributions
Verify employee claims and overtime submissions prior to payroll processing
Attend to employees enquiries and assist in addressing HR-related matters
Arrange employee training registrations and maintain training records
Manage employee medical insurance matters and claims
Coordinate company insurance policies and licence renewals
Handle company vehicle matters including insurance renewal, road tax, maintenance and season parking
Assist in preparation of HR and administrative reports
Support general office administration when required
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
At least 2-3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience
Experience in payroll processing in Singapore
Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and Work Pass procedures
Experience with Infotech HR / payroll system will be an advantage
Good organisational and communication skills
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
5-day work week
