Key Responsibilities:
Support office operations - Perform clerical duties and maintain a well-functioning workspace, stock up on office supplies.
Data and document control - Maintain accurate records and proper filing of documents, reports and correspondences.
Financial and Procurement - Prepare purchase requisitions, reconcile invoices and other finance-related documents
Other ad-hoc administrative work as assigned
Requirements:
Min. Diploma and above
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Microsoft Office
