Job Description

Salary: 11/hr
Location: Novena
Working hours: Standard office hours, 5 days/week
Duration: 6 months

Job scope:
. Update intranet pages for Finance and Clinic Ops
. Handle admin and ad-hoc tasks for committees
. Prepare info and reports for meetings
. Update Clinic Execs leave roster
. Generate monthly and departmental reports
. Provide secretarial and calendar support to HOD
. Liaise between Finance and Clinic Ops teams
. Do other admin duties as assigned

Requirements:
Min A level or Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Organized and have administrative/secretarial experience
Full vaccinations required: Tdap, MMR, VZV, Covid (missing have to pay at own cost)
