Role Overview
We are seeking a customer service-oriented Executive Admin who thrives in a dynamic environment.
This role involves light admin tasks, most of which are aided by AI tools, as well as occasional involvement in sales support and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Assist in basic sales support such as quotations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support marketing initiatives, including basic social media tasks (posting, responding to messages, etc.).
- Ensure smooth operations with the help of AI-powered productivity tools.
Requirements
- Customer service mindset is essential.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware is a bonus (training will be provided).
- Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with basic social media platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and a team player with good communication skills.
