Job Scope:

  • Conduct customer due diligence processes in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Verify customer information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain records of due diligence activities and documentation for audit purposes
  • Edit and produce various documents such as agreements, resolutions, and corporate correspondence
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards in all produced documents
  • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for document production

Skills and Qualities:

  1. Good Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal communication.
  2. Fast and Reliable: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  3. Careful and Meticulous: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documents.
  4. Prior Experience in ACRA Work (Bonus): Previous experience in corporate secretarial or ACRA-related work is a plus.
  5. Fast Learner: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  6. Comfortable with Computer Work: Proficiency in using computer software and applications for document editing and data management.
