Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare administrative documents such as reports, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams

  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems

  • Handle reception duties, including calls, visitors, and enquiries

  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports

  • Respond promptly to emails and faxes

  • Assist with contract documentation and deadline tracking

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills

  • Friendly, professional, and service-focused

  • Experience with quotations, procurement, and contract management is preferred

  • Knowledge of ACMV scope of work and equipment is required

  • Experience in the ACMV industry is an advantage
