- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $3000 per month
- 6 Months Contract, Govt Agencies
Job Scope:
- Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding processes, including access and equipment.
- Manage subscriptions and mobile lines for management.
- Oversee staff parking and visitor parking arrangements.
- Process utility payments.
- Support Facilities Management with corporate operations and activities.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates who possess good communications and engagement skills, who are team players, self-driven and fast learners.
- Candidates with work experience in facilities management or government sectors would have an advantage.
