We are looking for someone who is
- Hospitality-focused
- Discreet and meticulous
- Strong in interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Digitally savvy
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Provide end-to-end administrative support
- Handle all enquiries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally
- Deliver warm and professional service in all interactions, maintaining a strong and welcoming presence across all touchpoints
- Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate requests and issue resolution
- Any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
What you need to know
- Working hours: 9am to 7pm
- One weekday off and Sunday
- Monthly meal allowance provided
