As a Admin Customer Service Coordinator in the Information Management division of Crown Worldwide Singapore, you will support the customer service team in delivering reliable and professional service to our clients. You will assist with daily customer interactions, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks while learning about logistics operations and customer service best practices.
This internship provides handson exposure to logistics service delivery, customer relationship management, and crossfunctional collaboration in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist as a first point of contact for customers by handling basic enquiries, updates, and service requests via phone and email.
- Support logistics coordination activities such as shipment scheduling, documentation preparation, and shipment tracking.
- Provide customers with accurate information on Crown's logistics services and processes under team guidance.
- Maintain polite, professional, and customerfocused communication at all times.
- Help monitor service progress and flag potential delays or service issues to senior team members.
- Update and maintain customer records and documentation in customer service systems.
- Demonstrate Crown's Values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Support service improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with operations and internal teams to support customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No prior fulltime experience required exposure to customer service or logistics is an advantage.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fastpaced, teambased environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to develop customer service and logistics knowledge.
- Basic understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or relocation services is a plus, but not required.
