We are a SME company in Eastern Singapore. We are looking for suitable candidates for below position.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, invoice, work order, preparation and filing of documents
- To take down any servicing/maintenance/complaint and inform relevant department
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail. Handle courier services when required.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Administrative or other equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Require to cover receptionist duty as and when required at site office (banking sector).
