Job Description:
- Manage timesheets and the e-leave portal.
- Manage administrative work.
- Liaise with training section regarding course registration and applications.
- Process client quotations, purchase orders, billing summaries and invoices.
- Manage migrant workers dormitories and related matters.
- Manage company and rental vehicles.
- Handle recruitment processes.
- Handle office facilities & maintenance.
- Manage government grants.
- Perform any other tasks not listed but required as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Nitec/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or an equivalent qualification in administrative/HR environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant personality.
- Adaptable and diligent.
- Meticulous and proactive.
- Knowledge of the local employment act.
