Admin cum HR Executive
Responsibilities
. Handle daily administrative and office operations
. Manage employee records including onboarding and offboarding
. Assist in recruitment including job posting and interview coordination
. Handle work pass matters (WP / SP) and liaise with MOM
. Assist with payroll administration and CPF matters
. Prepare invoices and maintain documentation
. Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
. Relevant Admin or HR experience preferred
. Construction industry experience is an advantage
. Familiar with MOM work pass process preferred
. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel / Word)
. Responsible and able to work independentl
