Job Summary
You will oversee daily administrative and HR operations, support recruitment and employee benefits management, handle staff insurance and medical claims, and coordinate work pass applications to ensure smooth department functioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and HR operations to ensure efficient department workflow
- Provide timely administrative support to the department manager as needed
- Handle staff insurance and medical claims, including work injury compensation processing
- Oversee office administration to maintain an organized and functional work environment
- Assist in executing the full recruitment cycle to attract and onboard suitable candidates
- Process work pass applications and liaise with immigration authorities on foreign worker matters
- Monitor and control employee benefits usage, including leave and medical benefits, according to HR policies
- Prepare HR department correspondence, including official HR letters, accurately and promptly
- Assist in calculating employee overtime hours for payroll and compliance purposes
- Work alternate Saturdays on a half-day basis as required
