Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
  • Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
  • Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
  • Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
  • Coordinate and arrange accommodation, transportation, and visiting tours for company guests
  • Assist in organizing company events and social activities
  • Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting in the onboarding process
  • Handle ISO application, information updates and renewal

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration and office admin
  • Prior experience in a construction related company is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking stakeholders / vendors
