Job Description

  • Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Maintain directory (contact details)
  • Worker Pass application, renewal and cancellation
  • Assist in training registration
  • Application of foreign worker PA and MYE
  • Assist to manage foreign worker accommodation
  • Handling foreign worker disciplinary issues and grievances
  • Foreign worker security bond
  • Foreign worker tax clearance
  • MOM matters and survey
  • To maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records
  • Other general HR duties
  • Foreign worker related matters
  • At least 3 year experiences in the construction company
  • Communication in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate
  • Other administrative & front desk duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
