Job Description

  • 2 ways transport fromBoon Lay, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang

Responsibilities

  • Generate delivery orders and tax invoices, including printing, sorting, filing, and mailing to customers.
  • Prepare debit/credit notes, packing lists, and monthly petty cash summaries.
  • Attend to sales inquiries via phone and email, process customer orders, and coordinate goods collection methods and payment arrangements.
  • Handle ordering of office supplies and stationeries such as toner, A4 paper, envelopes, etc.
  • Arrange courier services and process purchase orders (POs) to vendors as needed.
  • Answer phone calls and liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Min O level with 1 year working experience in administration.
  • Singaporean only
