Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and on a timely basis
Assist senior accounting staff in handling the full set of accounts
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation
Process petty cash claims, including verification and proper recording of transactions
Perform HR administrative duties, including tracking staff attendance and leave
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and support when assigned by Senior or Manager
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Self-motivated, independent, and able to multitask effectively
Willing to learn with a positive working attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
