Job Description

Job Description:

  • General office administration work.
  • Record timesheet, data entry, maintaining and compiling records.
  • Issue purchase order, handling incoming-outgoing overseas shipment.
  • Handle simple partial accounts (eg: AP, AR, invoicing).
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • O Level with minimum 1-to-2-year of relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in ERP system software and have basic accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working in Workshop environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
