Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements
Assist in GST submission, corporate tax computation, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities
Maintain proper accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
Process payroll, CPF contributions, staff claims, and administrative payments
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control activities
Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination
Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and company internal controls
Provide support for ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST, CPF, and statutory requirements
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
