Job Description

Position:
Administrative Coordinator

Job Scope:

  • Perform general administrative duties and assist in managing daily operations.
  • Assist to maintain accurate records, documents, and databases.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for ordering, tools, components, or materials.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, WSH regulations and ISO standards.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in admin, account, coordinator, or operations support.
  • Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, O level or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional information:

  • Location: Tuas South Ave 1
  • Working Days / Hours: 5 days or 5.5 days per week (flexible and to be discussed).
  • Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
