Position:
Administrative Coordinator
Job Scope:
- Perform general administrative duties and assist in managing daily operations.
- Assist to maintain accurate records, documents, and databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for ordering, tools, components, or materials.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, WSH regulations and ISO standards.
- Perform other office duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in admin, account, coordinator, or operations support.
- Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, O level or equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Location: Tuas South Ave 1
- Working Days / Hours: 5 days or 5.5 days per week (flexible and to be discussed).
