Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

. Performs the daily administrative workflow of the Coffeeshop/Food Court, maintaining efficiency and compliance with company policies.

. Prepares sales reports, headcount reports and coordinates staff meetings/trainings schedules.

. Oversees maintenance, telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.

.Conduct interview for outlet staffs.

.Upkeep TMS & SAP.

.Submit application for delivery platform.

. Maintains office and outlet supplies inventory.

. Maintains records, documentation, and files.
. Conduct outlet visiting.
. Ensure all relevant licenses is updated.

. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

. 5.5 work day per week with one Saturday work from home

. Preferably to have at least 1 year of experience in F&B Operations or F&B Administration

. Excellent Excel, PPT skills

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

. Ability to prioritize tasks.

. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times quick pace environment.
