What you'll be doing
Handle customer inquiries, processing work order and preparing quotations.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating with production team.
Maintain and update customer records and sales database.
Provide general office support, such as filing, document management, and supply ordering
What we're looking for
Min O levels or equivalent qualification in office administration or related field with minimum 3 years of experience
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Able to work independently, adaptable, and eager to learn
