Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and professional telephone communication
  • Manage email correspondence (receive & send official emails)
  • Organize official documents, files & paperwork
  • Perform data entry & documentation work
  • Sort, file and archive documents & vouchers properly
  • Support daily office administration tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with Admin Clerk experience are welcome to apply
  • Outgoing & proactive personality with good communication skills
  • Responsible, careful and able to handle paperwork efficiently
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, filing system)
  • Able to work independently with positive working attitude
