Job Summary

You will perform various accounting and administrative tasks, including filing, answering phone inquiries, bookkeeping, invoice issuance, stock monitoring, and preparing reports to support smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries to support internal and external communication
• Update basic bookkeeping and cash book records to track financial transactions accurately
• Manage general office organization to maintain an efficient work environment
• Issue invoices and coordinate delivery and pickup to support sales and logistics processes
• Monitor stock levels and create purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory
• Compile quarterly GST summaries to ensure tax compliance
• Generate monthly accounting reports using Autocount software to support financial analysis

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles to perform duties effectively
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office applications to support documentation and reporting
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities
• Minimum GCE O level or equivalent educational qualification
• Candidates with AutoCount experience will be an advantage
• Training will be provided. Suitable for candidates who are looking to gain experience in administration and accounting
