ADMIN CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK
Job Summary
Support management and office operations in the automotive industry by handling administrative tasks, customer inquiries, appointment bookings, sales invoicing, payment collection, and accident reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team to maintain smooth office operations
- Manage daily administrative duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and replying to WhatsApp messages
- Handle customer inquiries and book appointments to ensure timely service delivery
- Assist in preparing sales invoices and collecting payments to support financial processes
- Support accident reporting and general administrative tasks to maintain accurate records
- Use office software and QuickBooks to perform accounting and administrative functions efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or account assistant roles, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks accounting system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving attitude
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience specifically in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory
Other Information
- Working Time: 5.5 days (9am to 6pm Mon to Fri, 9am to 1pm Sat)
- Salary: $2200 Negotiable
