Job Summary
We are a training centre and will receive customers and/or trainees on a regular basis. The candidate will be the first person our customer and trainees see and hear when they come into our centre.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer and trainee phone inquiries to provide accurate information
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and administrative support to create a positive first impression
- Register trainees and accurately process training documents using the Training Management System (TMS) to ensure smooth course administration
- Prepare, file, and upload training administrative paperwork to government portals such as TPGateway to maintain compliance
- Generate invoices and maintain organized records in the TMS to support financial and administrative tracking
- Use basic computer skills to enter data and process documents efficiently
- Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support daily centre operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication with diverse customers and trainees
- Knowledge of other languages and local dialects is an advantage
