Full Time Dental assistant

Dental Assistant
1) Prepare treatment area and trays for dental procedures
2) Assist dentist during treatment
3) Manage inventory of dental consumables - Ensure no losses of small instruments
4) Take and develop x-rays
5) Observe and Maintain infection control at all times
6) Record and ensure timely delivery of cases to lab
7) Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments -Autoclave Setting up instrument trays, chair, preparing materials, and assisting with dental x- ray procedures
8) Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms.

Receptionist
1)Responsible for the reception of all visitors, patients and callers to the clinic and to create a professional and welcoming image for the clinic.
2) Perform the booking of appointments for patients.
3) Responsible for updating patient information and sending reminder for dental treatment.
4) Prepare, manage and monitor cases being sent to and received from the lab(s).
5) Perform cashiering duties of Submission of CHAS, Medisave and other Insurance Claims to relevant channels.
6) Prior experience in using Clinic Plato
7) Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.

Job Requirements:
1)Candidate must possess at least N/ O Levels qualification.
2) 5.5 work day week and must commit to one weekend (Saturday)
3) Basic computer skills for front desk duties.
4) Good communication skills.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
