As an Admin Support staff, you will be providing administrative and customer service support to the career centre operations.
Your duties include:
Responsibilities
- Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control.
- Perform general administrative duties not limited to:
- Tracking and upkeeping e2i's calendar of events
- Provide different reporting and tracking including collation of vacancies, documents tracking, budget tracking, claims document verification and tracking on a daily or monthly basis.
- Perform data entry, collation of data, preparation of letters, printing, scanning, filing, receipts/deliveries of documents and materials from partners.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- O level and above qualification
- Able to converse in English & another 2nd language due to managing clients
- Preferably to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging situations/demanding clients
- Meticulous, independent and a team-player
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
