Responsibilities
1. Document & File Management
- Organize and maintain daily issues (application,invoices, receipts, quotations).
- Ensure a systematic and easily retrievable filing system.
2. Report Formatting
- Format, proofread, and organize reports according to company standards.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documents.
3. Managerial Support
- Assist managers in preparing and organizing daily documentation.
- Improve workflow efficiency through structured document handling.
4. Client Communication
- Handle part of client correspondence and coordination.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.

- Proficient in multimedia operational support (e.g., assisting with digital content, marketing materials, or internal media coordination).
2 Communication & Coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities, with a positive and professional communication style.
- Capable of maintaining smooth communication with both clients and internal team members.
3 Work Attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset, able to work harmoniously to achieve shared goals.
- Proactive and responsible, willing to take initiative in improving workflow and efficiency.
4 Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in administrative or multimedia-related roles will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital tools for documentation and reporting.
