Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment of construction workers (Work Permit / WP holders)
  • Manage workers onboarding and offboarding process (joining, resignation, repatriation, termination)
  • Prepare and submit Work Permit-related documents, renewals and cancellations
  • Coordinate with MOM, agents and related parties on manpower matters
  • Maintain workers records, contracts and personal files
  • Arrange workers accommodation, attendance tracking and basic welfare matters
  • Assist in daily HR and administrative duties as assigned
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or above, preferably in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of HR / admin experience, preferably in construction industry
  • Familiar with Work Permit (WP) process and foreign worker management
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
