Job Description

We are looking for a freelance/part time Admin Assistant to support administrative, HR, and operational tasks within our F&B operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Process suppliers invoices, staff claims, and payment tracking
  • Prepare monthly sales analysis reports
  • Prepare promotion analysis, operational reports, and meeting slides when needed
  • Maintain staff records, attendance, leave, medical certificates, and personnel files
  • Handle work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, levy waivers, and MOM compliance
  • Monitor shop licence renewals and submit documents to government agencies
  • Handling incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and correspondence in a professional and responsive manner
  • Liaise with outlets, vendors, and external parties
  • Supporting the finance team with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address administrative needs and support overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Communicates with fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of MOM procedures and F&B licences preferred.
  • Flexible working hour just to make sure work is in progress.
