Responsibilities
Supervise Lobby and reception activities.
Assist guests in various requests and enquiries.
Deliver luggages, messages, faxes, packages to guests.
Ensure a smooth operation of the Concierge Desk.
Build good guest relations through interaction with guests.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Working location: Bukit Timah/ Queen Street
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in hospitality industry.
Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work in team-oriented, guest-centric environment.
Polite and friendly personality are essential.
