Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Lobby and reception activities.

  • Assist guests in various requests and enquiries.

  • Deliver luggages, messages, faxes, packages to guests.

  • Ensure a smooth operation of the Concierge Desk.

  • Build good guest relations through interaction with guests.

  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Working location: Bukit Timah/ Queen Street

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in hospitality industry.

  • Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and public holidays.

  • Ability to work in team-oriented, guest-centric environment.

  • Polite and friendly personality are essential.
