WOF Wheels of Fortune is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and record keeping
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and delivery coordination
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify), including product listings, pricing updates, and order fulfilment
- Monitor online store performance and ensure product information is accurate and up to date
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers when required
- Support basic accounting tasks such as tracking payments and preparing reports
- Handle customer enquiries via messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments for bike servicing and workshop activities
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels / Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) is an advantage
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Traits
- Interest in cycling or outdoor lifestyle products (optional but advantageous)
- Basic understanding of online sales, promotions, and order processing
- Good communication skills in English
