Job Description

Store Admin Assistant

  • 5.5 days work week
  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm Saturday: 8.30am - 12pm
  • Company Office: Lavender
  • Working Location: Pandan Avenue (Warehouse)
  • $ 1,800 - $ 3,000 (Depending on experience)


Industry: Mechanical Engineering / Semiconductor

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily administrative support to the project team at the site.
  • Maintaining and updating warehouse inventory records.
  • Handling office supply procurement and inventory control.
  • Assisting in stock receiving, checking and recording.
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages when necessary.
  • Liaising with vendors, clients and internal departments.
  • Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow at the site.
  • Coordinating and arranging logistics such as air and sea shipments.
  • Performing general administrative duties related to warehouse operations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent Diploma preferred.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (Preferably in construction or engineering industry).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
