Responsibilities:
- Assist with all day-to-day transportation activities.
- Receive customer requests and orders
- Create bookings in our in-house system
- Attend to phone enquiries
- Perform administrative duties such as updating and maintaining daily trucking report, prepare monthly reports and monthly invoices etc.
- Update, check and validate sub-contractors invoices
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level
- PC literate
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Singaporeans Only
- Can work overtime when required (mostly during month-end/year-end closing period).
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
Min 1 year of experience in the logistics &supply chain industry.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous, initiative, and responsible
- Ability to coordinate with customers and collaborate with other team members and departments
- Able to perform OT when required
