Client and Front Desk Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, parents, and external professionals via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for psychologists and therapists
- Welcome clients to the clinic and assist with check-in procedures
- Respond to general enquiries regarding services, availability, and clinic policies
Administrative and Clinic Operations
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is properly filed in the clinic management system
- Assist with preparation of assessment materials, reports, and administrative documentation
- Manage intake forms, consent forms, and other client documentation
- Coordinate communication between clinicians, parents, teachers, and external providers when required
Billing and Financial Administration
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment collection
- Maintain billing records and support basic financial tracking
- Follow up on outstanding payments when necessary
Scheduling and Coordination
- Manage clinician calendars and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate assessment sessions, therapy sessions, and meetings
- Ensure rooms and materials are prepared for clinical sessions
General Office Support
- Maintain office supplies and therapy materials
- Ensure the clinic environment remains organised and welcoming
- Support general administrative tasks as required by the clinical team
Good command of English is very important.
