Job Summary
Provide front desk support by managing administrative tasks, handling client interactions, processing payments, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks to support team efficiency and office workflow
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments to coordinate client and staff meetings
- Greet and assist walk-in clients including teachers, parents, students, and guests to ensure positive engagement
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, and photocopying to maintain organized records
- Collect fees and process payments to ensure timely financial transactions
- Monitor and replenish office pantry products and supplies to maintain adequate inventory
Required competencies and certifications
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with parents and clients
- Ability to work from Tuesday to Saturday
