We are seeking a driven and organised Administrative Executive to join our team at The Florte Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in Dempsey Hill and will play a vital supporting role in our client services, inventory and procurement administration function.
What you'll be doing
Performing other general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or client services role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Singaporean, or Permanent Resident Only
Able to commit 1-2 weekend per month. It will be compensated with a weekday off.
