Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative assistance and support to manager.
2. Data entry, organizing, archiving, filings and/or retrieving sensitive and confidential documents and files for both physical and digital records.
3. Correspond, coordinate and follow up for meetings, discussions and any ongoing matters with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
4. Organize for courier-related tasks both locally and overseas.
5. Ensure timely follow up on outstanding matters and with relevant parties for efficiency.
6. Ad-hoc assignments - as and when assigned.
Requirements:
1. Able to communicate via phone calls comfortably.
2. Able to work independently and meticulously.
3. Proficient in English.
4. Good understanding of Teams / Zooms functions.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
